121 Financial was established in 1935, initially serving the telecommunications industry in Northeast Florida. In 1990, it opened its doors to all residents of the First Coast. The name was changed to reflect the new name, and the organization began expanding its membership to anyone living in the area. Currently, 121 Financial has four locations in Florida.
Duval Federal Credit Union and 121 Financial Credit Union are merging, combining their assets and services. The new credit union will have six branches and nearly 6,300 members. The combined credit union will have approximately one hundred and sixty employees. The naming rights deal will last for 13 years, expiring in 2033. 121 Financial will provide the team with sponsorships and marketing elements. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp signed a long-term lease agreement with the City in 2018. The Jumbo Shrimp are dedicated to providing affordable family entertainment to the entire community.
