You’ll receive a separate letter in the mail with your new member number. It will begin with “9” and include the Financial One member number. The number of prefix zeros varies depending on how many digits were in your original Financial One number. Your employer should also be notified of the new number.
If you have a Financial One credit card, be sure to watch for important mailings from your bank in September. Some of these mailings may be delayed or not received at all. If you’ve missed one, call or email Magnifi Financial for assistance. Also, if you have an account with Financial One, it’s a good idea to download statements and tax documents. Your previous Financial One statement history will transfer to the new company, but you may not see it in your new Digital Banking account. If this happens, download older statements or contact your Magnifi Financial branch for assistance.
